Title: Home care nurse (RN Care Manager)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day

Salary: $30.00 to $38.00 Hourly for 35 hours per week

Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of university

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the province/territory of work
