Job Title: Staff Nurse - Paediatric ICU

Job Detail: We are currently recruiting for a prestigious private hospital in Central London, which is seeking to employ an experienced Staff Nurse for their Paediatric ICU Department.

The job holder needs to work as a skilled member of the nursing team, to provide a high standard of holistic family centred care to the children and families. Applicants must communicate effectively at all levels within the Multi-Disciplinary Team and be able to take charge of the ward in the absence of senior nursing staff.

Requirements

• NMC Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN)
• 1 years’ UK PICU experience
• ENB 998 or equivalent mentorship qualification
• ENB 415 or Relevant courses in PICU
• Evidence of professional development linked to demonstrable competencies
• Administration of IV drugs
• Central venous access management
• Experience of dealing with acute / chronically sick children
