Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager - Orthopaedics
Job Detail: We are currently recruiting for a prestigious private hospital in Central London, which is seeking to employ an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager for their Orthopaedics Department.
The role holder is responsible for providing clinical management and leadership to all staff working in the department, ensuring a high standard of nursing care at all times, demonstrating good clinical practice and be accountable for own actions. Have the ability to prioritise workloads and direct staff accordingly, making efficient use of available resources with regard to budgetary constraints and business objectives. Promote good team working to maximise effectiveness of service delivery and evaluate the work of the team to ensure standards are met. Assist in audit and quality / recruitment and selection. Continually seek to develop clinical skills and delivery of care to meet service user’s expectations. Support and act as role model for all staff and promote a good learning environment assessing training needs
Requirements
• UK NMC Registered Nurse
• Extensive orthopaedic experience
• 5 years’ Sister level experience with in this area
• ENB 998 or equivalent Mentorship qualification
• Orthopaedic Nursing course
Salary / Benefits
