Job Detail: We are currently recruiting for a prestigious private hospital in Central London, which is seeking to employ an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager for their Outpatients Services.

The role holder will be responsible for staff recruitment and retention including performance management for clinical and administrative areas. Maintain high, up- to-date clinical standards, liaising with Consultant users and their staff to facilitate a smooth service. They must follow policies and procedures and support Information Governance responsibilities, participate in development of the business and services to support the Hospital development strategy; also ensuring good financial practices.

Requirements

• UK NMC Registered Nurse
• 3 years’ experience of managing departments with clinical and administrative staff
