Lead Theatre Practitioner / ODP - Orthopaedics

Job Detail: We are currently recruiting for a prestigious private hospital in South Central London, which is seeking to employ an experienced Lead Orthopaedic Theatre Practitioner for their Theatres Department.
The role holder must be able to demonstrate an ability to develop others and proactively control the environment, providing an excellent and skilled service to both the patients and the consultants. This is a senior clinical position requiring talented leaders to manage and influence the complex care delivered within our Operating Theatres. Applicants must have the relevant scrub skills in Orthopaedics as well as some competence in our other key specialities which include Neurosurgery, Liver surgery, Spinal Surgery, complex Urology, Cardiac, Gynaecology and General surgery. For the successful applicant there are opportunities to develop both clinically and academically in an acute setting with ongoing training provided.
Requirements
• UK NMC Registered Nurse or HPC registered ODP
• UK Theatre Experience
• 2 years’ experience in a Senior Theatre position
• Desire to improve existing skills
Salary / Benefits
• £34,800 - £38,000
