JOB SUMMARY
> Will manage a team not more than 50 agents ;
> Basic client reporting ;
> Will manage to meet volume and all Service Level Agreement metrics given by the client ;

> Must have a background on the call center or back office industry ;
> Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft applications - MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint ;
