Training Manager Full-time

JOB SUMMARY
> Manages and spearheads the direction, coordination and management of the training program performance within specialty lines of business with the company.
> Interactions encompass all levels of the organization from Senior Management to end-users.
> Support as a performance consultant and project manager of training programs in accordance with the company and client guidelines through interfacing with clients, sales, IT, field operations, quality and training to design, implement, evaluate and analyze the appropriateness and effectiveness of all respective business unit training applications.
> Training Program Objectives: The Incumbent's front line responsibilities are to transfer business objectives, product knowledge and user skills for all product lines to impact company's overall profitability objectives and user productivity.
> Curriculum Development: Managing the development of competency based training curriculum that supports objectives based on critical business needs, strategies and goals to develop programs to ensure compliance will all quality system requirements.
> Evaluation / Measurements: The incumbent' will research, analyze and recommend training programs based on solid data, cost and ROI benefits.
> Leads team through ISO 9002 compliance in accordance with the comapny's Quality policy. This includes responsibility for training staff, managing staff and designing training programs in accordance with the policies, worker instructions and measurement.
> Multi-tasks by managing multiple projects simultaneously related to training programs, staff relations and assigned projects.
> Responsibilities include ability to manage and deliver core training team responsibilities as noted in each respective job description: Training Coordinator, Supervisor

developmental initiatives; brings out the best in people; is a people builder.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
> 1-2 years experiences in a Training Supervisory position ;
> 1-2 years Communication and Culture training experience ;
> Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Products ;
> Experience in TeleService sales or customer service preferred but not required ; demonstrated leadership, problem solving, communication and facilitation skill.
