MARKETING DIRECTOR
- Directly responsible for leading the marketing initiatives of the company and the brand.
- Directly supervise the employees under the marketing dept. currently with around 11 people.
- Job pay range is p80k-120k monthly plus perks.
- Car plan plus gasoline allowance
- Service charge average of p8k-10k
- Annual Performance Bonus
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive Marketing experience from reputable companies preferably from national retail or service chains.
- Must be very competent in doing brand/strategic planning & analysis but also capable/comfortable with tactical/local store level marketing.
- Must be very familiar in dealing with advertising agencies and suppliers.
- Must possess ENERGY, can ENERGIZE others, have the EDGE, and can EXECUTE.
- Must be self-driven, have high-personal standards and proven leadership and management skills.
- analytical (emphasis on quantitative) and with very strong integrity.
- Can handle pressure
- Must be aggressive and strong sense of urgency with excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to deal with other managers from operations and other departments very well.
