Account Manager
We are a startup company looking for seasoned sales professional who will be motivating, coaching, challenging Telemarketers and closing web design leads gathered the telemarketing team.
We offer a high base salary PLUS Monthly Commissions and Monthly Bonuses . Earn up to 60K per month!
Essential Job Functions
• Responsible for coaching and assisting Telemarketers in closing sales and improving their sales techniques.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with USA clients via telephone and emails
• Create proposals and preparing weekly sales reports.
• Exceeding sales quotas and goals
• May also assist in sourcing and printing daily leads for telemarketers
• Must have a college degree and/ or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Excellent communication skills in English, Verbal and written.
• At least 1.5 years experience in outbound sales or as a sales executive earning commissions
• Will interview, hire and train telemarketers to ensure an effective sales force.
• Flexibility to work graveyard shift or early morning shift
