Web Application Support / Developer
Responsibilities
• Work with project teams to handle web development requirements
• Apply depth of technical knowledge to provide second-level support and troubleshooting for existing web applications
• Develop and implement minor work requests that involve enhancements and maintenance of existing web applications
• Design, develop, and test solutions following the company’s standards and guidelines
• Conduct and participate in design and code reviews, and quality assurance to assure adherence to architectural and development guidelines in support of SDLC processes
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years IT software development-related experience
• 3+ years experience with C#, Visual Basic 6/.NET, ASP Classic, C++, HTML, SQL Server 7/2000/2005
• Willingness to work on shifting schedule
• Willingness to do second-level application support work
• Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions under pressure
• Ability to handle several problems at once
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Willing to travel
