Host Company Description:
Nestled beneath the jagged peaks of the beautiful mountains in central Idaho, the hotel has a
luxurious spa and several uniquely decorated rooms. It offers a relaxing and therapeutic
massage, rejuvenating skin care, soothing body wraps, refreshing foot reflexology and an
aromatherapy stem sauna.
The hotel also carries an outdoor wine bar and deck, where guests can see fantastic,
unobstructed views of the mountains. The hotel holds special events, such as girls’ night out,
mother-daughter getaways, bachelorette party, bridal showers, book club gatherings, romantic
weekends, honeymoon and birthday parties.
Applicant Qualifications:
• To apply for a hospitality or business trainee program, you must hold a hospitality or
business management degree and at least 1 year of work experience, OR be a career
professional of 5 or more years of hospitality or business management experience
(maximum duration – 5 months for hospitality management, 18 months for business
management)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be 21 years old or older
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree
• Willing to advance his/her current skills and knowledge by learning American hospitality
management traits
Hospitality Management Training/Internship Program Details:
• Learn about hotel structure and administrative duties
• Go through orientations, work on hotel’s information systems, and make reservations for
guests
• Learn procedures of order taking from hotel guests, room service delivery, and standards
of communication with all the department

Compensation: $10/hour
