Human Resources Manager Full-time

Goldcastle OneSource is looking for Human Resources Manager. This is a full time job. Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Business Center. Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and abilities:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Social Science, Sociology, Business Studies, Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent;
• Must have at least 2 year experience in the same field;
• Screen/Interview applicants and administers and evaluates appropriate pre-employment tests to those who meet the minimum job specifications of the positions applied for;
• Capable to handle pressure;
• Hardworking and can work with minimum supervision;
• Must be highly analytical, flexible and determined;
• Logical thinker capable of discerning when data doesn’t make sense;
• Problem solver and team leader;
• Dependable and consistent performance;
• Excellent English communication skills both oral and written;
• Ability to do multi-tasking and willing to work long hours;
• Proficient in using the Internet and knowledgeable of Microsoft office applications;
• Amenable to work night schedules, holidays and weekends;
