Responsibilities:

The Management Trainee is accountable for

overall customer satisfaction by ensuring all store

personnel under his/her consistently deliver

ultimate shopping experience
The Management Trainee is responsible for

selling floor leadership with the overall goal of

customer satisfaction. He/She is accountable for

sales performance, focusing on growth and

profitability, merchandising standards, store

operations and development of assigned store

personnel.
Requirements:

Graduate of four(4) year degree course; with

experience in the same capacity preferably in

fashion-retail industry; knowledgable in

cashiering (POS); customer-service-oriented;

strong leadership, highly organized systematic &

detailed-oriented; has ability to communicate well

both verbal & written forms; good interpersonal
skills with pleasing personality.
