Technical Support Representative
Responsibilities:
Provides resolution of issues to subscriber units, equipment, products, or services.
Acts as a liason to identify, troubleshoot, and solve problems.
Reviews reported troubles to identify trends and potential problem areas.
Requirements:
Must have attained at least second year college level or a two (2) year Diploma/Associate course.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be a Filipino citizen
Must be willing to work on holidays and graveyard shifts.
Must be knowledgeable on computer trouble shooting and internet connection.
High school graduates are encouraged to apply.

Customer Service Associates
Responsibilities:
Perform exceptional customer service and provide satisfaction at all times by receiving and responding to telephone inquirie, complaints, and other concern.
