Responsibilities:
Provides resolution of issues to subscriber units, equipment, products, or services.
Acts as a liason to identify, troubleshoot, and solve problems.
Reviews reported troubles to identify trends and potential problem areas.
Requirements:
Must have attained at least second year college level or a two (2) year Diploma/Associate course.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be a Filipino citizen
Must be willing to work on holidays and graveyard shifts.
Must be knowledgeable on computer trouble shooting and internet connection.
High school graduates are encouraged to apply.
