Chef De Partie – Oxfordshire – UK
Looking to recruit on behalf of our client a confident Chef de Partie to work in a team producing a range of quality, modern dishes.
Client is an award winning restaurant situated only a stones throw from the Oxford town centre. They use local suppliers and always follow a seasonal pattern. The Head Chef is very supportive and will let more junior Chefs have input on the menu. He will be looking to listen to your ideas and if happy will let you put your dishes on the specials board.
They have 3 restaurants in the group and they are all Oxford based or fairly close.
We are looking for someone with a stable career history with pattern of natural progression. Experience working with fresh produce is essential in order to meet the requirements of the role and if you have worked to an AA rosette level this would also be an advantage. They operate 7 days a week and you will be required to work 5 days from 7 and some split shifts.
Salary offered is £16-£18K + benefits and tip share.
Experience of minimum 3 – 5 years mandatory
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
