Sous Chef – Pastry – London
To assist the Head Pastry Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen maintaining the highest standards of preparation and presentation at all times.
Together with the Head Pastry Chef to co-ordinate and execute training of the Pastry Kitchen team.
To cook any food on a daily basis according to business requirements.
Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a quality restaurant.
Very good knowledge of traditional and nouvelle British cuisine.
Attention to detail, passion for food, presentation and training and development of your team.
Good level of English
Experience of minimum 3 – 5 years mandatory
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK

Validity of work permit 24 months
