Chef – Liverpool - UK
Plan & cook meals to a high standard and within budget, including evening meal, lunch, apres ski snacks, BBQ's, picnics, breakfast & theme nights
Write out the daily set menu
Plan special events, e.g. on-site picnics, BBQ's, theme evenings, birthdays
Hygiene & safety within the kitchen, informing all other staff of the kitchen rules & regulations
Order all kitchen supplies & keep various order/accounts books
Monthly stock takes and working out the food budget and profit margins at given intervals (with the Manager
