Project Manager
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in managing development of projects and at least 2 years experience in managing large J2EE based application projects.
3. Demonstrated understanding of Information Technology.
4. Proficiency in use of PC and related software applications including spreadsheet, database, presentation, project management and word processing applications.
5. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to sound, ethical, moral and legal business standards and practices.
6. Maturity of judgment under pressure/ability to resolve/mediate problems in timely, effective manner and to handle highly confidential business-sensitive information.
7. Effective written/report writing and verbal communication skills demonstrating clarity and the ability to make high-level presentations. Ability to motivate successful team behavior.
8. Communicate well with technical and non-technical personnel with experience working in a global development environment.
9. Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements dictated by professional services environment.
10. Preferably with: PMP/PMI certification and/or in the process of obtaining it; experience with IBM Rational Development tools; and with Six Sigma experience.
