1. Must have at least 3 years of I/T experience on a variety of platforms and technologies.
2. Must be a strong J2EE developer.
3. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
4. Must have prior hands-on experience implementing Java components and Web Services.
5. Must have prior hands-on XML experience.
6. Must have prior hands-on experience developing rules components using a commercial rules engine (e.g. FairIsaac BlazeAdvisor, ILOG JRules)
7. Must have prior hands-on experience using development tools (e.g. Rational, TogetherJ)
8. Must have strong object-oriented development skills.
9. Must have strong communication skills.
10. Travel up to 25% should be expected.
11. Must have a “can do” attitude.
12. Ideal candidates will have prior health-care, insurance and/or Medicaid related experience
13. Preferably with prior product development experience, experience on IBM Web Sphere Suite of products – Process Server/Enterprise Service Bus and Application Server, prior experience using Rational Development tools, FairIsaac BlazeAdvisor, but will consider ILog JRules experience as well, and experience using an object oriented development methodology (e.g. RUP, Agile).
