Document Quality Assurance Analyst
at ACS in Pasay City (Published at Sep 9 2008)
1. Possess a bachelors degree in information technology/related field (English, technical writing) or possess an associated degree in information technology or related field (English, technical writing) and 5 years of related experience
2. 1 – 3 years experience as a technical writer or desktop publisher and/or quality professional (greater than 3 years experience as a technical writer or desktop publisher is a plus)
3. Demonstrated intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
4. Basic understanding of business grammar for the English language
5. Effective communication skills
6. High attention to detail
7. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changes in the work environment
8. Ability to conform to established procedures and follow verbal and written instructions
9. Self-starter and self-driven — ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks
10. Ability to spend long periods in front of a computer terminal examining documents
11. Ability to work as required to complete assignments per predefined schedule
12. Preferably with experience on quality and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Kaizen
13. Preferably with knowledge of CMMI, IEEE, PMBOK Standards and best practices and RUP (Rational Unified Process), American Society for Quality certifications and with training/mentoring/management experience
