Process Quality Assurance Analyst Full-time

at ACS in Pasay City (Published at Sep 9 2008)

1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field (3-5 years experience as a quality professional is a plus)
2. 3-5 years experience working to implement large-scale, complex, multi-platform projects
3. Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
4. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changes in the work environment
5. Demonstrated proficiency in adapting/tailoring best practices/processes to business needs
6. Self starter and self driven- ability to work independently
7. Preferably with experience or knowledge of formal quality approaches such as Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, ISO9000 Series, Total Quality Management, Six Sigma, Lean Kaizen
8. Training/mentoring/management experience
9. Preferably with knowledge of CMMI, IEEE, PMBOK Standards and best practices and proficiency using various SDLC methodologies (RUP/AGILE/Waterfall/Extreme Programming), American Society for Quality certifications
