Siebel Engineer

1. A Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible related technical experience, including 2 years of Siebel implementation experience along with an excellent understanding of Siebel application architecture, Siebel data model, configuration tools, and Siebel server side processes.
3. A comprehensive understanding of the major Siebel modules and a Siebel certification. Other skills experience includes Siebel Tools, custom CTI, Oracle.
4. Must be highly skilled in design, development, and maintenance of complex and large CRM software applications.
5. Must be flexible enough to respond quickly to changing priorities.
6. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a demonstrated ability to meet schedules and multi-task.
