Solutions Support Monitoring
at ACS in (Published at Sep 9 2008)
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience with at least 1 year of customer support experience
3. Experience with supporting and monitoring of customer applications in production.
4. Prior programming experience (preferably C/C and/or Java)
5. Knowledge in UNIX/Linux is required. Knowledge in EDI and/or UNIX is a plus
6. Investigative. Likes activities that involve thinking, organizing and understanding.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective time management skills and a team player
8. Can work under minimum supervision
9. Willing to be on call beyond normal working hours and on weekends. Willing to work night/rotating shift
