Solutions Support - 1st Tier

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support call center type environment
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills, in addition to strong investigative and interpretive skills, are required
4. Prior programming experience (preferably C/C and/or Java)
5. Knowledge in UNIX/Linux is required. Knowledge in EDI and/or UNIX is a plus
6. Investigative. Likes activities that involve thinking, organizing and understanding.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, effective time management skills and a team player
8. Can work under minimum supervision
9. Willing to be on call beyond normal working hours and on weekends. Willing to work night/rotating shift
