Network Administrator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:
- Installation, maintenance, upgrading network infrastructure
- Ensure Local Area Network is operational and there is an active internet connection
- Ensure integrity of the file server and Develop preventive maintenance programs including daily backup operations
- Monitor corporate servers; develops solutions to improve server performance and reliability.
- Manages inventory of all company’s technological assets, both hardware and software
- Provide hardware/software installation services for users
- Manage the company’s Active Directory server and Employee email addresses
- Gives feedback and track all downtime on all tools required by operations
Requirements
- Male, 25 – 30 years old
- Graduate of BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related courses
- Microsoft Certification is an advantage but not required
- At least 3 to 5 Yrs Experienced Employee specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Working experience in administering MS Windows Active Directory, SQL, IIS, FTP, TS, DNS, DHCP servers, proxy, firewall, disaster recovery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify appropriate resolution, administer and maintain MS Windows Server operating systems and applications essential
- Experience in LAN cabling and WAN technologies
- Experience in MS SQL server
- Well conversant in configuring Cisco routers, switches and firewall
- Have strong technical and communication skills
- Must have proven leadership skills in providing guidance and expertise to co-workers
Compensation Package
- Travel and visa assistance will be provided and paid for
- House and Car will be provided
- With 1 month annual leave with return tickets to Philippines
