1. 20 – 40 years of age
2. At least High school graduate or an institution of higher level or equivalent level.
3. Must have employment experience in a work that is of the same type as that required of the
Technology/skills in the Training Program and or Knowledge that are the subject of the Training.
4. Must have assurance/certification of company/organization he is in of returning to his/her post after
the training period.
5. Must be certified by a Medical Institution to be Physically and Mentally Fit to enter the Training
Program, Psychological/Neuro Evaluation included.
6. Must acquire before dispatch – Japanese Language Proficiency needed for participation in the Training
Program.
7. Must be recommended /guaranteed by Eligible Guarantors or can Post bond – in form of Real Estate
Property, owned by parents or relatives with corresponding Special Power of Attorney (SPA).
