Title: Technical support analyst - systems (Inbound phone and e-mail support)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, On Call, Day
Salary: $28,000.00 to $32,000.00 Yearly for 37.5 hours per week, Bonus, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Ottawa, Ontario (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Some high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Some university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Languages: Speak English, Speak French, Read English, Read French, Write English, Write French
Specific Skills: Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced, Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions, Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
Work Setting: Help desk, Manufacturing company , Telecommunications industry, Internet Service Provider (ISP)
Computer and Technology Knowledge: Windows, MAC, Hardware, Device drivers, Networking software, Networking hardware, Networking security , Word processing software, Presentation software
