DESKTOP SYSTEMS SPECIALIST
• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science
• With at least 6 months experience in the call center industry.
• With basic customer service skills.
• Knowledgeable in the following: MS Word, MS Excel, other MS Office applications.
Additionally, the other requirements that we have are for Technical Writer, .NET Developer, SQL.NET Developer, Paid Search Specialist (PPC), Implementation Support Specialist, Database Manager, Security Administrator, Analytical Support – Crystal Reports, Java/J2EE Developers (MDM), Geologist.
