Title: Production operator - motor vehicle manufacturing (Production Associate - Weld)
Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time, Shift, Overtime, Day, Night, Evening
Salary: $16.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Stratford, Ontario (10 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Type of Equipment: Robotic equipment, Power tools, Hand tools
Type of Inspection Specialization: Vehicle exterior coatings or finishes
Specific Skills: Bolt, screw, clip, weld, solder or otherwise fasten motor vehicle parts and components together, Fit and adjust parts, Check motor vehicle exterior priming and colour coats, sealers and glaziers, Mark, record and report motor defects to be repaired, Inspect auto parts for defects
Additional Skills: Clean and maintain work space
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended periods
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
