Title: Training instructor - college level (Heavy Equipment Operator Instructor)

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Industry/Trade certification
Experience: 5 years or more
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Work Setting: Private training organization or college
Specific Skills: Prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses, Prepare, administer and mark tests and papers to evaluate students' progress, Conduct course and program evaluation or review, Deliver lectures and presentations, Train and supervise students in practical shop work session
Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract)
Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel regularly, Valid driver's licence
Work Location Information: Various locations
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people
Teaching Format: Classroom
Essential Skills: Document use, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Continuous learning
