Title: Control operator, broadcasting (Master Control Operator)

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Work Setting: Television - private
Level of Expertise: Trainee, Operator, Technician
Type of Technical Operations Experience: Master control room (MCR), Mobile and remote feed, Switching, Video tape recording
Specific Skills: Monitor broadcast quality of live or taped radio and television programs, Put to air radio and television programs and commercials
