Title: Supervisor, furniture and fixture manufacturing (Installation Supervisor)
Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time
Salary: $20.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, RRSP Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Edmonton South, Alberta (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Supervisory Experience: Furniture and fixture assemblers and inspectors
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities, Establish work schedules, Oversee safety of operations
Additional Skills: Prepare and submit reports, Train or arrange for training
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence
Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less
Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning
Other Information:1 year minimum related experience in closet installation (rail and bracket) required.
