QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø Female, at least 23 years old
Ø Graduate of Computer Science or Information Technology or other Computer related courses
Ø With at least 2 years working experience in IT function (system support/administration)
Ø Experience in a sales, planning or marketing set up is definitely an advantage
Ø Self-motivated with strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ø Patient, hardworking and results-oriented
Ø Willing to do multi-tasks and has leadership potential
Ø Above average computer proficiency
Ø Has good communication skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Preparation of Sales Planning reports and coordination of concerns with various divisions
Ø Monitoring of weekly sales reports
Ø Provide advice to Account Officers on sales-related updates
Ø Verifications of Quotation Judgement (QJS) forms
Ø Catalog arrangement and Maintenance
Ø Network printers troubleshooting in case of errors are encountered
Ø IT inventory for Quarterly schedule and monitoring of IT-related equipment
