Title: quality control inspector, automotive engines - motor vehicle manufacturing (Quality Dimensional Inspector)
Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time, Shift, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $15.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: London, Ontario (3 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Type of Equipment: Robotic equipment, Power tools, Hand tools, Overhead hoists, Testing and measuring equipment
Specific Skills: Read electrical schematics, blueprints and other technical diagrams, Operate and tend automated assembling equipment, Connect cables, tubes and wires to complete assemblies and installations, Test motor vehicle electrical assemblies, equipment and wiring for proper performance, Inspect auto parts for defects
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses/goggles
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended periods
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Valid driver's licence
